AMIT KHANNA
A seasoned Real Estate Professional with over 25 Years of experience in Business Development, Financial strategy and Project execution. He has worked with Companies like DLF, DS Group, HLL, EROS Hotel Group, JLL, PACIFICA COMPANIES Real Estate Private Equity Fund, M3M, and TDI. And have developed standalone Residential and Commercial Buildings in North Delhi in the last 5 years. For the last 3 years, he has been actively involved in developing and managing large Premium Students Housing Buildings at Delhi University North Campus. March, 24- started operating his Owned- largest Student Housing Building facility of Delhi University North Campus at 39 Bungalow Road- RAVs 39.
RAV 39 is already the most well managed- Premium Girls Accommodation facility at Delhi University North Campus. He is highly approachable to all and known for his charismatic personality, soulful energy, and instant decision-making skills.
