A seasoned Real Estate professional and Investor with over 25 years of vast experience. and with his deep expertise in financial strategies he has worked with companies like DLF, DS GROUP, HLL, EROS HOTEL GROUP, JLL, AMERICAN REAL ESTATE PRIVATE EQUITY FUND, M3M, AND TDI. And have developed standalone Residential and Commercial buildings in North Delhi in the last 5 years.

He is known for his charismatic personality, soulful energy, and instant decision-making skills. For the last 3 years, he has been actively involved in developing and managing large premium student housing buildings at Delhi University North Campus. And on March, 24- We started operating our owned- largest single building Student Housing facility of Delhi University’s north campus at 39 Bungalow Road- RAVs 39. He is highly approachable; energetic and a quick decision maker and this belief system makes his USP.

My forever love for kids and students has always inspired me to do something that relates to being with them. With a true temperament and motto of be good and do good, we have started ravs39 in 2024.
